Agreement

By booking a session, starting a membership or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our services

Stillhour offers therapy, coaching, breathwork and rest practices in our Lisbon studio and online. Our practitioners are licensed or certified in their field. Our services support wellbeing but are not emergency care.

Bookings and cancellations

You can book, move or cancel a session from your confirmation email. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a session are free. Later cancellations and missed sessions are charged in full, unless there is an emergency.

Payments and memberships

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Single sessions are paid when you book. Memberships renew each month and can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next billing date.

Your wellbeing

If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency number straight away. Please tell your practitioner about any medical conditions that could affect breathwork or movement practices.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and guided rituals, belongs to Stillhour or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal practice but not resell or republish it.

Liability

We take great care in every session, but we cannot guarantee specific results. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
