We use your information to match you with a practitioner, manage bookings and payments, send reminders and, if you subscribe, our monthly notes. We never sell your information.
Health information
Anything you share in sessions is treated as confidential and stored securely. It is only shared outside Stillhour when the law requires it or someone is at serious risk.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as the law requires and session notes for the period set by professional guidelines. Newsletter details are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information at any time. Email hello@stillhour.studio and we will respond within 30 days.
